Report harm from an implant
Wearers, families, clinicians and makers can all report to the Register, about any make of optical implant. A clinician reads every report within two working days.
If you are in danger now, or your implant is hot, painful or bleeding, get medical help first.

You can also report at any aftercare clinic. Reports in any language are accepted; we reply in English or Japanese.
